The City of Parlier has incorporated in the Adopted Parlier General Plan an increase in the minimum lot size for the R-1 zone district from 5,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. The plan also includes new residential zoning districts to include an R-7.5 which requires a 7,500 sq ft lot minimum, and an R-1-10 zone district which requires a 10,000 sq ft lot minimum. The intention is to attract and provide up-scale housing development for the City of Parlier.
